Scheduling at Peachtree Periodontics and Dental Implants

Dr. Davenport is available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Appointments may be scheduled in the Peachtree City office Monday through Thursday and in the Newnan office on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday.

To reduce the waiting time at your appointment, we try to stay on schedule. Referral of emergency patients can postpone the schedule, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

Please notify the office if you have a medical condition or concern prior to surgery (e.g. hypertension, artificial joints or heart valves, severe diabetes, or heart murmurs requiring pre-medication).

Please Note: All patients under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to the consultation appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We respect each of our patients and do our best to allocate the appropriate amount of time to complete their prescribed treatment. The office has a 48 hour cancellation policy for all scheduled surgical procedures. Surgeries cancelled within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee. Regular doctor and hygiene appointments have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments changed within 24 hours of the scheduled service have a cancellation fee.
